QUETTA: Government of Balochistan has accorded approval for withdrawal of FIR lodged in Police Station Civil Line, Quetta against students.
A notification issued by the Government Balochistan, Home and Tribal Affairs Department on September 25, 2021 says that FIR No. 167/2021 lodged in Police Station, Civil Line, Quetta against students has been withdrawn in the best public interest.
It is worth mentioning that students, who appeared for online medical test for admission in medical colleges, have been demanding physical test instead of online test. Talking to PPI Asad Khan, one of the student leaders, said that protest-sit-in will be observed regularly until all the demands of the students are entertained. He called on the authorities of federal government to take notice of the issue.
