LARKANA: The Anti-Corruption Court, Larkana, rejected the bail confirmation plea of five accused and sent them to jail here on Thursday in theft of government medicine case, according to credible sources.
The accused, Ghulam Hyder Shaikh, Bandah Ali Chandio, Muhammad Jaffer Chandio, Aftab Bughio and Riaz Chandio are facing the charge of medicine theft. An FIR was also registered against them by ACE Larkana Circle Officer Amanullah Rajpar.
Before sending them behind the bars, they were tested for COVID-19. Riaz Chandio is a private person and all four others are government servants.
