KASHMORE:Five people, including two children and one woman, were killed and eight others injured when a gas cylinder of a van exploded causing fire near Kashmore on Tuesday.
The accident happened near Kashmore toll plaza when cylinder of the van coming from Kandhkot exploded after which the vehicle caught fire. As a result, five people, including two children and one woman, were killed and eight others injured, some of them seriously.
Rescue teams rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies and injured to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities and treatment, respectively. Sorrowful atmosphere prevailed in the area.
