DIRBALA: At least four people, including three women, were killed and two others injured when a van plunged into a ravine in Siyasan area of Dirbala on Monday.
As the van neared Siyasan, some 30 kilometers from Dirbala, it plunged into a deep ravine while negotiating a sharp turn. As result, four people, including three women, were killed on the spot.
Locals and rescue teams rushed to the spot to rescue two persons in critical condition.
The bodies and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for autopsies and treatment, respectively.
