KARACHI: Sindh Home Department has in exercise of powers conferred under Section 144 (6) Cr PC imposed ban on fund raising activities, use of banners and posters of Jamaat-ud-Dawa and Falahi-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF).
The area SHOs have been authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for the violation of Section 144 Cr PC against the violators.
