SIBI: Anti Terrorism Court Sibi acquitted former Home Minister Gazen Marri in Levies men murder case here Friday.
According to details a case of killing of two Levies men on June 28, 2004 was registered at Levies Thana Kohlu on the report of Khwas Mohammad. Former Home Minister Gazen Marri and others were nominated in the case. Two Levies men Ahmed Khan and Dad Mohammad were martyred and two others Samad Khan and Jamal Khan were injured.
Khwas Mohammad had requested for withdrawal of the case and lack of evidence court acquitted Gazen Marri.
Marri tribesmen distributed sweat on the occasion. Gazen Marri was taken in a procession to Local Govt Rest House.
