KARACHI: Medium pacer Hammad Khan and spinner Nabeel Khan shared six wickets equally between them to help Firdous Eleven record a four-wicket victory over Royal Kings Cricket Club in the second Corporate T-20 Cricket Tournament here at the Quaid-e-Azam Park Cricket Ground in Steel Town.
Royal Kings CC batted first and put on board 105 runs before they were all bundled out in 18.1 overs. Hammad took three wickets for 20 runs while Nabeel grabbed three wickets for 23 runs to restrict the opponents to a paltry total.
In response, Firdous Eleven achieved victory total midway through the 12th over. Nabeel was the top scorer with 21 runs off 14 balls.
