KARACHI: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh Dr Syed Kaleem Imam on Sunday felicitated the Christian community on Easter and ordered foolproof security on the eve of the Christian community’s religious festival.
The IGP said in his message on the eve of Easter that the Christian community was playing its role for the development of the country.
The IGP said that the police department is taking different steps on priority bases for protection of the Christian community as well as other minorities.
He directed the police to utilize all possible resources for provision of foolproof security to worship places of Christians specially churches with the coordination of organizers of on the occasion of Easter.
