Karachi:President Azad Kashmir, Sardar Masood Ahmed termed Indian Supreme Court’s verdict on Babri Masjid, a design to divert world’s attention from this juncture of historic opening of Kartarpur Corridor.
Talking to audience at Idara Noor-e-Haq, he said this attempt of Indian government is manifestation to make vague Pakistan’s message to world community Pakistan that country respects all religions and rights to all minorities.
Azad Kashmir President said that Indian government is using diversionary tactics to hide Pakistan’s gesture of peace and respect for all.
He also expressed his displeasure over Indian SC verdict on Babri Masjid and plan for building Ram Temple on the site.
He recalled that in past several resolutions passed by Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Indian government had been urged not to take any diverse decision to distress feelings of millions of Muslims living in India.
He said, “If war is imposed on Pakistan, country has right to answer Indian aggression in the strongest terms”.
Sardar Masood said 97th day running, IOK people are still braving atrocities in at hands 900,000 Indian soldiers in valley.
He said that Indian security forces were abducting Kashmiri youths and so far they have shifted more than 15,000 youths to concentration camps.
The Indian soldiers even were not sparing Kashmiri women and being asked by them that they are Indian soldiers’ property.
He urged people of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan to show steadfastness together towards absolute resolution of IOK issue.
We are standing shoulder by shoulder with our IOK brethren as we are at war, he remarked.
Sardar Masood also expressed his gratitude to people of Karachi as a large number of Kashmiris learned skills and got education here and are still serving city in all sphere of departments.
Karachi Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman in his opening speech while welcoming Sardar Masood said, “Present happening in Islamabad has dented Kashmir issue a lot and it went into hide”.
Naeem-ur-Rehman appealed all political parties and especially requested Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman to concentrate on Kashmir issue.
“This is not right time to stage protest and put this for another time as the utmost importance is to stand united with single voice of Kashmir”, Naeem suggested in firmly.
