KARACHI: First time in Pakistan, an International Symposium on Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes is being held from April 20 – 21st, 2019 at a local hotel in Karachi.
The symposium is being organized by Society of Pediatrics and Diabetes of Pakistan under the supervision of Prof Jamal Raza. The aim of the Symposium is to address pediatric endocrinology which deals with endocrine-related conditions in children including growth disorder, early or delayed puberty, ovarian and testicular dysfunction, Diabetes, hypoglycemia, obesity, etc.
The Core Committee member of the symposium includes Prof Syed Jamal Raza whereas national and international speakers from Australia, UAE and Dubai, who are experts in their fields, will speak on various topics related to growth, diabetes and other hormones in children.
Sindh Health Minister Dr Azra Fazal Pechuhu will inaugurate the symposium.
The symposium will offer an effective combination of lectures, case studies, live demonstrations by expert professionals and new developments in technology around the world in various diseases of hormone in children.
