QUETTA: Mirza Mohammad Irfan Baig has assumed office as Director General NAB Balochistan here Monday.
Mirza Irfan Baig joined National Accountability Bureau in year 2003 and remained posted as Director KPK, Rawalpindi, and Director Headquarters.
He has also served as Director NAB Balochistan during the year 2010-11.
Having over 15 years of working experience with NAB, he has the privilege of heading various investigation wings.
Besides, investigation teams under his supervision successfully completed various important cases involving huge amount of looted national wealth.
Expressing his resolve for total elimination of corruption DG NAB said that zero tolerance policy would continue. As per vision of Chairman NAB Justice (R ) Javaid Iqbal principles of Ehtesab sab ke liey (Accountability for all ) would be followed. People should cooperate with institutions of accountability for end of corruption. Due to joining of civil society, media and educated segment of society collective efforts for end to corruption has led to this to this menace.
