LAHORE:Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Siraj ul Haq, has said that until and unless the Qadyanis accepted their constitutional status, the society would not accept them.
Addressing Seerat conferences at Vehari and Bahawalnagar, on Tuesday, he said that the Qadyani were presenting themselves to the world as Muslims and were trying to distort the golden teachings of Islam. Therefore, it had become inevitable to present their true face to the world.
He further said that till the time the government was unable to discharge its responsibilities towards safeguarding the Namoos e Risalat and the concept of the Khatme Nubuwwat, the people would be constrained to take the law in their own hands.
He said that the recent violence in the society was because of the government’s failure to safeguard the sanctity of the Holy Prophet. He said that the Muslim Ummah had been protecting the concept of the Finality of the Holy Prophet for the last fourteen hundred years and it would continue to protect the concept of the Finality of the holy Prophet till the doomsday.
Commenting on the government’s performance during its first one hundred days, Sirajul Haq said the PTI leadership itself had fixed this limit and if it had made any achievement, it should inform the people.
He said that in the 1970 elections, the people had voted for the slogan of “Roti, Kapra and Makan” but did not get any of these provisions. Te people also tried the PML many a time besides dictatorial rulers. He said the present government had also come into power with rosy promises but its performance was not different from the past government.
Sirajul Haq said that the Zionists and the Hindus were committing the genocide of the Palestinians and the Kashmiris but the Muslim rulers were enjoying deep sleep.
He said that a ruling party MNA had suggested recognition of Israel at the floor of the National Assembly while the rulers in Islamabad were keen for dialogue with New Delhi instead of making any effort to stop the bloodletting of the Kashmiris. He said that the Muslim world would have to stand united in order to solve its problems.
Sirajul Haq said that the present government had disappointed the Muslims within the country and abroad which believed that Pakistan would prove itself a shield for the Ummah and a some Muhammad Bin Qasim and Salahud Din Ayubi would rise from this soil.
The JI chief said that as long as the politics in the country was brought in line with the Islamic teachings, the deprivations and the problems of the people could not be removed. Therefore, he said, the masses should stand by the JI for bringing about an Islamic system.
