KARACHI:Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA Nusrat Wahid said Sunday that Prime Minister Imran Khan had very effectively presented the Kashmir issue at the General Assembly, where he informed the International community about the barbaric activities on the Kashmiri people by the Indian army.
“Imran Khan explained how the Indian army is killing the innocent Kashmiris, putting them behind the bars. The Prime Minister emphasized that the Kashmir issue be resolved as per the UN resolution,” Nusrat told.
She further said that there was a acute shortage of food items and medicines in Kashmir, so the International Leaders should take notice of such situations in Kashmir. The actual position of Kashmir must be restored soon.
Nusrat said that the previous governments of Pakistan Peoples’ Party and Nawaz Sharif had kept the Kashmir issue frozen and for personal gains, they developed friendship with the Indian leaders and the Kashmir issue was never projected or presented in effective manner.
“Nawaz Sharif never spoke about Kulbhushan Jadhav, the Indian spy. This is the first time in the history of Pakistan that the PTI government had boldly taken up the Kashmir issue at the international platform and all over the world, including India protests, which are going on for the liberation of Kashmir.” The struggle for the liberation of Kashmir will continue till it is liberated, she said.
