He expressed these views while addressing an award distribution ceremony held in the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Head Office in which awards were given to people from different walks of life who gave best performance in education, literacy, environment and other fields.
Mayor Karachi was informed about the success of 5th All Pakistan Educational Expo held in Karachi recently through a presentation.
Akhtar said the KMC is ready to provide all-out help and support to improve the educational standard in schools and colleges of Karachi.
