Lahore:Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has claimed that all allegations against former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif were fabricated and he would stand vindicated.
Addressing a press conference here Saturday, flanked by leader of opposition in National Assembly Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Maryam Nawaz said that it is regreattable that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif who served the nation and country is in jail after convicted on flimsy charges. She said we gave every evidence and receipts to courts but they were not accepted and verdict was given against him. She said everyone knows it was a conspiracy and not accountability.
She presented an audio-video tape about a judge who had announced the verdict against Mian Nawaz Sharif in Al Aziza Steel Mills case.
Maryam Nawaz said.
She harshly criticized Prime Minister Imran Khan and the economic policies of his government. She; however, said she is fighting the case of Nawaz Sharif and she will not let him to become another Morsi.
