KARACHI:The video launching ceremony of new song of Coke-Studio Fame Singer Alyica Dias “Tu Mera Nahe” was held at DHA Phase-II here on Saturday.
Addressing the video launching ceremony, Alycia Dias who started her career as playback singer from Hum TV and ARY Channel, said second video of her song had been released and hoped that new song would gain massive recognition.
Music was produced by Saad Hayat, while its lyrics and composition was done by Alycia Dias. She explained that new video song depicted onside love and listener liked its lyrics.
Dias kicked off her career as a participant in LG Awaaz Banaye Star, later serving as a vocalist for various TV serial OSTs. She then continued pursuing her career and started with Pakistani drama OSTs with Waqar Ali. Her 1st drama OST was Daagh (ARY channel) who gained her recognition but Dil e Muzter (Hum TV) was a hit in 2013 which gained her massive recognition as a playback singer.
She was also featured in Coke Studio season 8 alongside Seige band (Arman). She has performed and recorded with numerous renown artists and producers since then and is now taking her journey of making her own songs.
