SHIKARPUR:A motorcyclist was killed and two other injured in a road accident near PARCO within the jurisdiction of Khanpur police station on Thursday.
According to a report, a speeding troller hit a motorcycle coming from opposite side, as a result, a motorcyclist identified as Lal Muhammad Shujrah, resident of village Peer Bux Shujrah, died on the spot while his two relatives Babal Shujrah and Irshad Shujrah were severely injured.
The injured were sent to RBUT Civil Hospital Shikarpur for treatment, where they were referred to Sukkur Hospital due to critical condition. The body was handed over to his heirs after conducting a postmortem examination from Taluka Hospital Khanpur. Area police arrested the troller driver and took the troller in their custody. No FIR was registered till late evening.
