PHOOL NAGAR: One police official was killed and another injured when a police van overturned in Phool Nagar in the wee hours of Wednesday.
According to rescue sources, a police van carrying CTD officials from Lahore to Multan overturned on the National Highway in Phool Nagar. As a result, a police official was killed and another injured.
Rescue teams shifted the bodies and injured to hospital. Rescue sources informed that the deceased police official was identified as Muhammad Aslam while 45-year-old Shabbir sustained injuries.
