PM: (Int’l Software Company expresses commitment to support software development in Pakistan)

ISLAMABAD:Prime Minister Imran Khan has offered one of the world’s largest enterprise software company: System, Applications and Product (SAP) to establish software labs in Pakistan for software engineering.

He made the offer during his meeting with CEO of SAP Christian Klein on the sidelines of world economic forum at Davos. Imran Khan also invited the SAP to support the government’s Digital Pakistan initiative particularly in digital skills development and training of youth in collaboration with major universities.

Christian Klein appreciated Pakistan’s focus on digitization of governance and economic sectors. He expressed SAP’s commitment to train young software engineers in Germany and using them for software development in Pakistan.
