KARACHI:Karachi police on Friday claimed to have apprehended 15 criminals during different search operations in the megacity.
According to police sources, police conducted search operations in Darakshan, Lyari, Karli, and Shah Waliullah Road and detained 15 criminals including drug pushers, absconders and nine beggars.
The police also recovered weapons, snatched cell phones, cash, liquor and a huge quantity of betel nut from a taxi in Chakiwara.
Police have registered FIRs against detainees and started further investigation.
