KARACHI: Karachi Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested 26 suspects during overnight operations in different parts of the metropolis.
According to police sources, police conducted search operations in Karachi’s South Zone, Darakshan andGarden areas and nabbed seven drug peddlers and 18 street criminals.
Separately, Ibrahim Hyderi police detained a robber, when he was fleeing, after injuring two people who resisted robbery bid.
Police also recovered weapons, snatched cell phones, hashish, gutka, contraband and cash from their possession.
Police registered FIRs against detainees and started further probe.
