KARACHI:An Accountability Court on Saturday indicted former Member of Provincial Assembly belong to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Babal Bhayo and others in the Rs 4.8 million illegal transaction case.
The court heard the corruption reference against Bhayo and others when they appeared before it. Bhayo belongs to Shikarpur district. All accused however pleaded not guilty. The court summoned the witnesses in the next hearing of the case.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) submitted in the court that Rs 4.8 million illegal transaction was made through the accounts of accused persons.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing till 10th January 2019.
