KHAIRPUR: Civil society organizations took out a rally here on Tuesday against the rape and murder of a minor girl, Saima Jarwar in Larkana some days back.
The rally, taken out by Hope Foundation and SRCP, marched through different roads and reached Press Club Khairpur. It was led by social leader Madam Gul Jumani. A large number of social workers, traders, journalists participated in the rally.
Addressing the rally, Madam Gul Jumani expressed concern over increasing rape cases of minors in Sindh and said that due to this menace, people were insecure about their children. She demanded of Supreme Court to take suo moto notice of Saima murder case and order arrest of the accused.
