QUETTA: Security forces on Thursday claimed to have foiled an attempted of suicide attack by killing suicide attacker, in Kuch Mor area of Quetta.
According to details, a suicide attacker opened fire on security forces’ vehicle in Kuch Mor security check post. However, in retaliatory firing the attacker was killed. The forces during checking found a suicide vest, which was attached to the body of the attacker.
Later, a team of bomb disposal squad was called to the site where the explosive device was diffused successfully.
The identity of the attacker is yet to be ascertained, security forces started further investigation.
