Sports: Cricket: Fawad to lead Pakistan Super Veterans against England

Karachi:Pakistan Super Veterans (Over 60) Cricket Team will be touring England from June 15 to 27 to play five matches against different teams.

This is the first tour of Over 60 players organized by PVCA (Pakistan Veterans Cricket Association). The team will be led by Chairman PVCA Fawad Ijaz Khan. Ejaz Faquih will be team’s vice captain. CEO PVCA Ashiq Hussain Qureshi will be manager and former Test player Jalaluddin will be the head coach of the team.

Team also includes former Test players Mansoor Akhtar and Ashraf Ali and Former ODI player P.J. Mir. Team also includes President KCCA Nadeem Omar and Prominent Businessman Arif Habib and former first class players. Team will play two ODI matches of 50 Overs each against England and the touring Australian Veterans teams. Three 45 overs matches will also be played against Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cheshire Counties.
