Three die in separate incidents in Larkana dist

LARKANA:Three persons, including a snake-bitten young girl, died in different incidents on Sunday.

Young man Asif Ali, son of Shahnawaz Shaikh, allegedly committed suicide with a pistol shot in Meenhal Abad locality the city. He was rushed to Chandka Hospital Casualty where he could not survive. His brother Pervaiz Shaikh told newsmen that the deceased went to the room in the home and fired pistol shot for unknown reasons.

A motorcyclist, Sadam, son of Ghulam Hussain Kharos, died when his bike collided with a Suzuki near Dakhan village. The injured was rushed to Chandka Hospital where he could not survive.

In yet another incident, a 16-year old girl, Soomal, daughter of Nasrullah Sahto, was bitten by a snake in her home in village Suhna near Madeji. She started crying for help and her relatives shifted her to Chandka Hospital Casualty in Larkana but she could not survive as poison had already spread in her body.

Her brother Abid Sahto told newsmen that there was no life-saving anti-snake venom vaccine in Madeji THQ. He said had there been the ASV, his sister would have been alive now. He demanded a stern legal action against the relevant authorities of THQ Madeji as he considered them responsible for the death.
