KHAIRPUR:A Model Court Khairpur sentenced Friday three persons to life imprisonment with a fine of Rs100,000 each in a murder case.
The court in view of evidences announced the verdict of Zulfiqar Ali murder case, awarding life term to three accused Bhalay Dino, Darwesh alias Sadiq Ali and Saeendad. The court also imposed a fine of Rs100,000 each against all accused.
According to the prosecution, Zulfiqar was killed on 12 Nov 2019 while passing through a street in village Shafi Mohammad Bhailar near Khairpur despite stopping him not to pass through the street.
The accused will have to undergo a six-month more imprisonment in the case if they failed to pay the fine money.
