CHICHAWATNI: Three people were killed in an armed attack in village 113 of Chichawatni in the wee hours of Thursday.
According to sources, unknown armed men opened fire on three people, including a poultry form owner, Chaudhary Zahid Hamid, Rashid Naseer and Talmizul Hassan, when they were sleeping at a room in village 113, 12-L. As a result, they suffered severe bullet injuries and died on the spot.
The bodies were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police have registered a case and started further investigation.
