LARKANA: Two brothers were shot dead by unknown armed criminal in Warah town near Larkana on Thursday.
The victims’ father told media that a gang of criminals entered his house to commit a crime and when his two sons – a 32-year Shabir Channa and an 8-year Safeer Channa – woke up, they were shot dead by bandits. He said he didn’t have enmity with anyone. No case could be filed till filing this report. However, police have started a probe into the case.
Meanwhile, an injured employee of Town committee Warah, Ayaz Ghanchi died at Chandka Medical College Hospital on Thursday. He was injured by armed men during removal of encroachment drive. He was shifted to the local hospital where duty doctors referred him to CMCH as the local hospital has no emergency treatment facilities. On hearing, this sad news the entire Warah town was closed down to mourn the deaths.
