LAHORE: Dengue disease in Lahore has claimed two more lives during the last 24 hours, a health department official informed on Sunday.
The dengue cases are on the rise in cities, towns and villages of Punjab province as 385 more cases have been reported in Lahore, 72 in Rawalpindi, eight in Gujranwala and seven in Sheikhupura. The provincial government needs to conduct widespread fumigation to kill mosquitoes that cause dengue disease.
