KARACHI:Under the directives of IGP Sindh Dr Syed Kaleem Imam, a one-day workshop on coordination amongst stakeholders involved in the forensic investigation management was held at Forensic Division, Sindh in Karachi.
DIGP Training Sharjeel Kharal and AIGP Forensic Division Sindh Maqsood Ahmed arranged the session, which was attended by nominees from different police departments, universities and other relevant authorities. Forensic Advisor, CAPRI British High Commission, Dylan Butcher, SSP Investigation South Tariq Dharejo and Tariq Jadoon from Crime Scene Unit East Zone were also amongst the attendees.
AIGP Forensic delivered the welcome speech and briefed the participants about the challenges being faced by Forensic Division Sindh and also surfaced the plans to tackle these challenges.
AIGP also briefed the participants about recent visit of IGP Sindh Dr Syed Kaleem Imam to Forensic Division Sindh. DIGP Training on the occasion highlighted the significance of workshop saying that compliance would be made on the directives of Supreme Court regarding establishment of DNA Lab in Sindh.
The hosts extended their gratitude to the attendees for their participation and interest shown in workshop.
