Lahore, November 12, 2018 (PPI-OT): Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said that following the revolutionary vision of PM Imran Khan they will change the destiny of people. He said that welfare of common man is very first priority of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf. Main objective of establishing shelter home is to provide facility of spending night to poor people who visit Lahore. It will facilitate them in such a way that they won’t have to spend night outside. He also added that initially 05 shelter homes will be established in pilot project.
Foundation stone of first shelter home has been laid near Railway station. He said that shelter homes of 2 Kanal lands will be constructed near Railway station and Data Darbar while rest 3 will be of 1 kanal each. Chief Minister said that shelter home being constructed at Lahore will be a state of art where travellers will be provided with other facilities and its working capacity will be extended to other cities as well. He said that credit of welfare projects like shelter homes goes to the leadership of Tehrik-e-Insaf and that he himself will monitor the headway of this exceptional project. CM said that he and his team will remain vigilant for the welfare of public.
