200 Covid-19 cases in Balochistan

Quetta:The Covid-19 cases reached to 210 in Balochistan. However, Young Doctors and Paramedics have said that they have resumed duties in wards and emergency centres while their boycott of OPD will continue till the acceptance of their demands.

Spokesman of Provincial Government Liaquat Shahwani said that four more cases of covid19 detected in the province rising the number of covid-19 infected persons to 210. He said so far, 69 persons have locally been infected. He said two persons have died of covid-19 while 75 have been recovered. He added reports of 45 persons have been received and out of them four were found positive while 41 negative.

On the other hand, ongoing lockdown in the province continued for the 16th day. Police showed strictness in observing lockdown and many unnecessary shops were closed. According to F.I.A, Pak-Iran border remained closed for 46th day while Pak-Afghan border was opened for the third consecutive day on humanitarian grounds. Availing the opportunity, thousands of Afghan citizens entered Afghanistan.
