Balochistan Chief Minister thanks PM for his continuous support to flood-hit areas

Islamabad, September 04, 2022 (PPI-OT):Chief Minister Balochistan Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has thanked Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif for his continuous support to flood-ravaged areas of the province. He stated this while briefing the Prime Minister about the flood relief operations in Bolan on Sunday. Abdul Quddus Bizenjo said the special interest of the Prime Minister for the restoration of communication facilities is a source of encouragement for us. 35 flights carrying relief items have landed in Pakistan so far

Islamabad, September 04, 2022 (PPI-OT):Thirty five flights carrying relief items have landed in Pakistan so far, to help flood affected people in the country. These include 14 flights from the United Arab Emirates, 11 from Turkiye, four from China, three from Qatar, and one each from Uzbekistan, France and UN International Children’s Emergency Fund. The flights contained relief items including tents, food and medical supplies. Prime Minister Shehbaz vows to leave no stone unturned to rehabilitate flood victims

Islamabad, September 04, 2022 (PPI-OT):Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said the government will leave no stone unturned in rehabilitation of flood affected people of the country. He was talking to the media in Bolan area of Balochistan, after visiting flood-hit Bibi Nani Bridge on Sunday. He appreciated Pak Army, Frontier Corps Balochistan and district administration for successfully rescuing six thousand people who were stranded on both sides of this bridge. Pakistan Navy extends relief operations in South Punjab, Sindh

Islamabad, September 04, 2022 (PPI-OT):Pakistan Navy has intensified and extended its efforts in its on-going nation-wide relief operations particularly in the areas of Southern Punjab and Sindh. In a tweet, Pakistan Navy spokesperson Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said, the Pakistan Navy hovercrafts and helicopters are evacuating stranded people to safer places.
