Three people were killed in a firing incident in Karachi’s Mominabad area. The victims have been identified as Gul Butt (45), Ghawsuddin (35), and Amin (25), who were shot near Madina Medical in Zia Colony, near Nagori Milk Shop. Authorities shifted the bodies to a local hospital and started an investigation. Mominabad Police Station is investigating the case.

Two police encounters took place in Karachi throughout the day. In Gulberg, following an encounter near Apwa College in Kareem Abad, police arrested two individuals, Faiz and Siraj. A pistol, bullets, and a motorcycle were recovered from their possession. Faiz was injured and shifted to the hospital. Gulberg Police Station is investigating the case.

Another encounter took place in Docks’ Machhar Colony, near Garib Nawaz Masjid, resulting in the arrest of Ali and Zia-ur-Rehman. A pistol, bullets, and a motorcycle were recovered from their possession. Ali was injured and shifted to a hospital. Docks Police Station is investigating.

In Akhtar Colony, near Kandi Chowk, Mehmoodabad, a young man, Abdul Wahid, was shot and injured during a robbery attempt. He was shifted to Jinnah Hospital. Mehmoodabad Police Station is investigating the case.

An unidentified person, estimated to be between 55 and 60 years old, was found dead in Gulistan-e-Johar. The body, believed to be of a drug addict, was shifted to Edhi Home. Gulistan-e-Johar Police are investigating.

In a separate incident, in Clifton’s Shah Rasool Colony, near an Imambargah, Muhammad Bashir (48) was shot as a result of a domestic dispute. He was shifted to Jinnah Hospital. Boat Basin Police Station is investigating.
