Islamabad Police Tightens Security In Diplomatic Enclave

Following special directives from Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Capital Police today heightened security protocols in the Diplomatic Enclave. The enhanced measures aim to safeguard embassies, ambassadorial residences, United Nations offices, and key government buildings within the highsecurity zone.

SSP Security Division Muhammad Sarfraz Virk instructed officers to prioritize the protection of all installations in the area. He stressed the importance of diligence and thoroughness in carrying out duties.

Officers have been directed to meticulously register all individuals entering the enclave and conduct comprehensive searches of their vehicles. All government staff are required to carry identification and cooperate fully with security procedures.

The Islamabad Capital Police affirmed its commitment to utilizing all resources to uphold law and order in the capital. Residents are urged to report any suspicious individuals or behavior through the Pucar15 emergency helpline. The safety and security of citizens remain a top priority for the force.
