Gold prices witnessed a significant decline on Wednesday, resulting in a decrease of Rs 600 per tola for 24-karat gold, bringing the price to Rs 356,200. The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also decreased by Rs 514 to Rs 305,384.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold closed at Rs 279,945, down by Rs 471. Globally, the price of gold decreased by $6 per ounce to $3,342.
Silver also followed gold downwards, with the price of one tola of 24-karat silver decreasing by Rs 18 to Rs 3,816. The price of 10 grams of 24-karat silver also decreased by Rs 16 to Rs 3,271.
Internationally, the price of silver saw a slight decline of $0.18 per ounce, closing at $36.32. These figures were released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
