Haleem Conducts Extensive Sindh Tour, Reviews Party Affairs

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Sindh President Haleem Adil Sheikh undertook a one-day organisational tour of various districts of Sindh, visiting Hyderabad, Kotri, Jamshoro, New Saeedabad, Nawabshah, Sanghar, Khipro, and Mirpurkhas.

According to the party information on Sunday, during the visit, he met party leaders, workers, and supporters and offered condolences to several bereaved families associated with the party.

In Khipro, Mr Sheikh visited the residence of PTI’s active social media worker and district information secretary, Imran Jatt, who had recently passed away in an accident. He expressed sympathy with the family, met the deceased worker’s children, and assured them of the party’s full support.

Speaking to media representatives, he said that Imran Jatt was a dedicated, active, and ideological worker of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who remained loyal to former prime minister Imran Khan and the party despite difficult circumstances.

‘His services and commitment to the party will always be remembered,’ he said, while praying for the departed soul and patience for the bereaved family.

During the tour, the PTI Sindh president also offered condolences to PTI leader Javed Khattak over the death of his sister in Jamshoro, visited the residence of PTI leader Imran Qureshi in New Saeedabad to express sympathy over the death of his nephew, and condoled with PTI leader Inayat Ali Rind on the passing of his brother and sister-in-law in Nawabshah.

He also visited the family of PTI leader Sadiq Ahmed Kerio near Shahpur Chakar and offered Fateha on his demise.

In Mirpurkhas, Sheikh met party leaders and workers from various districts and tehsils at the residence of PTI Mirpurkhas Division President Aftab Qureshi. The meeting reviewed organisational matters and discussed efforts to further strengthen the party structure in the region.

Commenting on the political situation in the country, Sheikh said that Pakistan was passing through a critical phase and that decisions should be made in accordance with the aspirations and rights of the people.

He expressed confidence that PTI would secure a decisive victory in the upcoming Gilgit-Baltistan elections and said that the party would not accept any form of electoral manipulation or conspiracy.

Criticising the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), he alleged that the ruling party had subjected Sindh to misgovernance, corruption, and deprivation during its 18 years in power. ‘The people of Sindh have been deprived of basic facilities, while the province’s resources remain under the control of a privileged few,’ he said.

Sheikh reiterated that PTI believed in strong and empowered provinces within a strong federation and would oppose the creation of any new administrative units. He further stated that the people of Pakistan continued to stand with the vision of PTI founder Imran Khan and sought genuine democracy and the rule of law in the country.

The PTI Sindh president was accompanied during the tour by MPA Rehan Rajput, Lala Aminullah Musakhel, Mohsin Ghuman, Advocate Bhagwan Das Bheel, Lala Owais, Muhammad Ali Baloch, Advocate Aslam Laghari, Osama Yousafzai, Arif Ghafoor, and other party leaders.
