Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nihal Hashmi today attended an event as the chief guest to honor Javed Raees for his achievement in receiving the Civil Award.

During his speech, the Governor praised Javed Raees as a distinguished personality, highlighting his community’s dignified, talented, and courageous nature. Governor Hashmi pointed out that people themselves are not responsible for any shortcomings, but rather societal attitudes and ideologies are.

He encouraged adopting dignified, honorable, and inclusive attitudes, moving away from old notions.

Governor Hashmi recognized the abilities of special individuals, commending their perseverance, hard work, and determination. He stated that today’s event is to pay tribute to Javed Raees’s services and efforts.

Furthermore, the Governor urged political parties and institutions to ensure adequate representation of special individuals in legislative and decision-making bodies. He argued that with equal opportunities, these individuals can play vital roles in society.

Governor Hashmi expressed satisfaction, stating that the current government has recognized the abilities of special individuals, and Javed Raees has been honored with the Civil Award in acknowledgment of his services.
