The 2025 Annual Art Exhibition held at the Government Home Economics College in Abbottabad beautifully showcased the creative talents of the students. The exhibition featured creative art of international standards, capturing the attention of the attendees.

Director of Education for the Hazara Region Fazal Kareem, Deputy Director Yasir Arshad, Registrar Akhtar Iqbal, and Principal Tayyaba Siddiqui addressed the event, encouraging the students and promising to provide them with more facilities. They emphasized the need to relocate the students from rented buildings to government-owned premises.

Principal Tayyaba Siddiqui appealed to Abbottabad’s political leadership and civil society to provide government facilities for the students. She noted that many government buildings in Abbottabad are vacant, while students are housed in rented buildings with limited facilities.

The Art and Decoration Exhibition impressed participants with pine cone art, artificial newspaper creations, charcoal drawings, decorative pieces made from waste materials, artwork from recycled fabrics, and glasswork. The students showcased their artistic abilities by working on themes of Quranic verses and the names of Allah.

The presence of the Director of Higher Education and other dignitaries added to the event’s grandeur. They remarked that the institution is not only providing education but also cultivating the mindset of the students.

The paintings, through which students expressed their emotions, became the center of attention at the exhibition. The decoration items made from cloth recycling were acclaimed at the provincial level, proving that the exhibition was a celebration of talent.

This exhibition was a testament to the hard work of the students and conveyed the message that with opportunities, the youth can succeed in any field.
