On the occasion of the annual Urs of Sufi saint Hazrat Syedna Abdullah Shah Ghazi, Chairman of Nizam-e-Mustafa Party and former Federal Minister, Dr. Haji Muhammad Hanif Tayyab, in his message, shed light on the lasting influence of saints on society. He declared their teachings a beacon for all, saying that they create a passion for guiding and serving the lost.
Dr. Tayyab, referring to Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi as a descendant of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), said that he spread the message of love and Islam. This Sufi saint introduced the principles of Tawhid and Risalat to people burdened under oppression, tyranny, and disbelief. Due to this legacy of compassion, reverence and love for Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi are found centuries later in Pakistan and around the world.
His shrine still attracts thousands of visitors in search of spiritual peace, while the Langar provides food to devotees and the poor alike. Dr. Tayyab emphasized the importance of spreading the wisdom of religious scholars and maintaining a connection with the saints. He concluded his message by saying that by adhering to Islamic principles, challenges can be transformed into opportunities.
