Islamabad: Acting Governor Sindh Agha Siraj Khan Durrani visited the shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and prayed for the prosperity and solidarity of the province and the country. Durrani also distributed free food among the deserving people. On this occasion, he said that Sindh is the land of Sufis and Saints. Islam spread in Sindh province due to their teachings and character, he said.

Durrani said that they always taught the lessons of love, peace brotherhood to their followers. The acting governor said: “I am fortunate that I regularly visit the shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and whenever I am in any trouble I come here to pray.” He said that Shaheed Bibi always advised him that if he wanted to get peace of mind, go to the shrines and pray there.
