Following instructions from Inspector General of Police (IGP) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Logistics Abdul Haq Umrani held a meeting at Police Lines Headquarters to discuss personnel matters. Officers stationed at the headquarters were in attendance.
During the meeting, law enforcement personnel raised personal and work-related issues with the AIG. Immediate action was taken to resolve urgent problems, and senior officers were instructed to address other matters swiftly.
The AIG Logistics outlined several welfare measures for officers, including improvements to housing, healthcare, and education.
He emphasized an open-door policy, encouraging staff to voice any concerns for prompt resolution.
The AIG explained that the orderly room”s main goal was to address officers” welfare, personal and professional issues, and boost morale by prioritizing resolutions based on their well-being.
