The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, has warned India that if it attempts to divert the rivers, the government of Azad Kashmir will change India’s history and geography.

Chaudhry Anwarul Haq stated that the current Indian government, particularly under Modi’s leadership, is trying to control internal unrest by promoting a false narrative of terrorism. He added that Modi’s positive reputation has drastically turned negative.

The Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir emphasized that a prosperous and strong Pakistan is the only guarantee for the survival of the Kashmir freedom movement. He expressed little hope in international diplomacy and highlighted the essential relationship between Pakistan and Azad Kashmir.

Chaudhry Anwarul Haq mentioned India’s water aggression, stating that India attempted to release water into the Jhelum River by opening spillways of its dams. However, Azad Kashmir had protective measures in place, which prevented any damage.

Discussing India’s internal unrest, the Prime Minister said that the policies of the Modi government are fueling various freedom movements within India. He added that the failure of Modi’s antiPakistan narrative has led to a decline in the Indian government’s popularity.

He further stated that if India attempts any adventurism in Azad Kashmir, the government of Azad Kashmir will respond robustly and transform India’s “face.”
