Anti-Corruption cases must be sent in courts in ninety days: Murtaza Wahab

Karachi, September 19, 2018 (PPI-OT):Advisor to Chief Minister for Information law and Anticorruption barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that all cases of anticorruption must be one sided in ninety days after the limit of ninety days anticorruption department would not be authorized to have said cases.

This he said while meeting with Director Anticorruption Fayyaz Abbasi and all Deputy Directors in his office here today. Advisor directed that if all evidences are against any accused, this case should be present in anticorruption court. Otherwise after ninety days this case should be withdrawn.

He also said that no negligence would be tolerated in this regard and double side check and balance system would also be seen in front of people. “If any evidence is not found against any person in any case or any complaint is received to harass from any officer or official strict legal action will be taken against these officer/ official.’ Advisor concluded.
