QUETTA:Local authorities on Wednesday halted the work of a building being constructed without no objection certificate.
Following the instructions of Quetta Metropolitan Corporation (QMC) Administrator Saidal Khan Luni, Anti Encroachment Cell of the corporation under the supervision of Anti Encroachment Officer, Muhammad Qasim Khan, conducted operation against illegal structures at Jinnah Town area of the provincial capital.
The work of one building, which was being constructed without seeking no objection certificate, was stopped. Speaking on the occasion, the Anti Encroachment Officer said that indiscriminate operation against illegal structures would continue.
