Muzaffarabad, May 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): A rally was held in Muzaffarabad, today, against Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government’s move to hold the meeting of G-20 countries in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir – an internationally recognized disputed territory. Participants of the rally taken out on the appeal of the Central Seerat Committee and the International Forum for Justice Human Rights J and K after the Juma prayer from the Jamia Masjid Khadim-ul-Haramain Al-Asharifain chanted high-pitched slogans against India and in favour of Kashmir’s liberation from Indian illegal occupation.
Addressing the protesters, President of Central Seerat Committee Atiq Ahmad Kayani, Vice Chairman of International Forum for Justice Human Rights J and K Mushtaqul Islam, central leader of Pakistan People’s Party Azad Kashmir Shaukat Javed Mir, Secretary General of Central Seerat Committee Khurram Shehzad and other leaders termed the Modi regime’s move as illegal. They said holding of the G-20 meeting in the disputed territory by India is a grave violation of the UN resolutions. The speakers asked the United Nations to take notice of Indian tactics and urged the G-20 countries to boycott the meeting to frustrate Modi regime’s evil designs.
Earlier, a resolution was passed in various mosques of the city during the Juma congregations condemning India’s nefarious move aimed at misleading the world community about the prevailing grim situation of IIOJK. It maintained that the Kashmiri people will continue their struggle till they achieve their right to self-determination guaranteed to them by the UN through its several the resolutions.
