QUETTA:Parliamentary Secretary for Information, Bushra Rind, said Thursday that “Apna Ghar” scheme was being introduced for the government employees of the Balochistan province.
Addressing a press conference at Sikandar Jamali Auditorium of Balochistan Civil Secretariat in the city, she said that novel coronavirus was under control in Balochistan. She added that Quetta-Karachi national highway would soon be upgraded from single to dual carriage way, adding that several development projects for Balochistan had been reflected in the federal budget.
Rind said that steps were being taken to empower women of the province. She remarked that the incumbent provincial government had so far enacted many laws, adding that Balochistan was making headway in almost every walk of life.
Rind said that it was being strived to complete cardiac hospital during the current year and besides introducing health cards for the people of Balochistan, the incumbent provincial government would grant loans to the youth of the province.
