Srinagar, March 09, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) has expressed concern over the imposition of fine on the Kashmiri students enrolled in different cities of India and had to leave their respective institutes following threat to their lives.
The APSCC Chairman, Jagmohan Singh Raina in a statement issued in Srinagar deplored that the Kashmiri students were being asked to pay fine after they re-joined their respective institutions. He said that instead of extending sympathy to the Kashmiri students, the authorities were asking them to pay extra sum as fine.
