Islamabad, January 04, 2018 (PPI-OT):Defense Minister Khurram Dastagir says Pakistan’s defence is strong and its valiant forces have the capability to protect every inch of the homeland. Talking to a private news channel, he said Pakistan has highly trained counter-terrorism force in the world and the armed forces have achieved maximum results in war against terrorism.
He said Pakistan has carried out many operations against terrorists including Zarb-e-Azb and Radd-ul-Fasaad and eliminated terrorists’ sanctuaries from the country. The Minister said Pakistan wants durable peace in Afghanistan and is playing its role in this regard. Khurram Dastgir said Trump’s recent statements against Pakistan were negative and hate provoking but there was nothing new in that.
